At Procuria we are always striving to improve our products and services, as well as saving you money. It was this desire that led us to introduce Central Billing earlier this year, providing a portal for collective purchasing and consolidated invoicing.
All Central Billing clients will continue to receive consolidated statements electronically or by post for those who request it. To further enhance the service from this month, all supplier invoices will be available through a shared online folder. Allowing you access to copies of individual invoices when you need them.
Who you choose to share this folder with is entirely up to you and will be determined by the needs of your business. You might want your accountant, financial director or purchasing manager to have access to this information. Dropbox allows anyone anywhere access to current information, provided they have permission from you to access it.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
Central Billing users will soon be receiving an email invitation from us to their shared folder. If you have not received our email invitation by the 31 May 2011, please let us know ASAP.
Dropbox is available as a free download for PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad as well as Blackberry and Android. For those who don’t already have a dropbox account, you will be guided through the simple sign up and install process (follow link below). If you already use dropbox, you’ll be familiar what to do. Once you’ve received and accepted our invitation to share the folder you will instantly have access to all current invoices in your Central Billing account.
For those not currently using Central Billing, why not? Its a FREE service we offer all our clients that can help save your business time and money. You can request an account today by following the link below.
Sincerely
Procuria and Central Billing team
