KC Customer Penalties

Please be aware that with immediate effect KC will no longer advise us if a customer is still in contract with them at point of provisioning. All orders will process and if a customer is in contract KC will send appropriate termination fees around 10 days after.

This highlights the importance for customers to make sure they are out of contract before signing any new agreements otherwise you may be liable for significant penalties.

If you are unsure KC will advise contract end dates via phone or letter.

Please be sure to confirm your contract end dates with KC, because we want you to benefit from our better prices, without it costing you in KC penalties
